Our research Associates Xristina Plomariti and Smaranda Nafsika Ketseridou presented their work on the JADECARE project at the Basque Good Practice workshop in Bilbao. They had the opportunity to present the work done by AUTh and 4th YPE during the implementation phase of the project and to reflect on and construct a sustainability plan for the future of digitally enabled integrated person-centered care in Greece.
