We're thrilled to share that yesterday, on April 25th, 2023 in Kozani, Greece, our lab, along with the University of Western Macedonia and the University of Macedonia co-organized a national event on Open Science in Greece! At the event, our very own Post-Doc research Associate Evdokimos Konstantinidis presented the RAISE Science Main Objectives & Directions, while our brilliant Ph.D. student, Despoina Petsani, discussed "How the scientific community can contribute and What’s in it for them"
For those who are not aware, RAISE is one of the new projects led by AUTH iMedPhys & funded by HORIZON Europe, with the mission of providing the infrastructure for a distributed crowdsourced data processing system, moving from open data to open access data for processing.
We're proud to be contributing to the development of the EOSC and the empowerment of research staff with good Open Science practices that are directly applicable to the European Research Area and the European Horizon Europe Programs.
