Today was an exciting day for our Lab as we hosted a highly productive bilateral meeting for the groundbreaking ManagiDiTh project!
The meeting brought together Dimitris Alchatzidis from Université Gustave Eiffel / ESIEE Paris and our dedicated AUTH team (Prof. Panagiotis Bamidis, Maria Nikolaidou, Constantinos Diamantis, Savvas Anastasiadis, Vicky Kalfa, Vasiliki Pavlidou). The atmosphere was charged with excitement as we delved into the progress of the project and engaged in fruitful discussions to address challenges and pave the way for future milestones.
ManagiDiTh is an ambitious initiative focused on developing a specialized Master's program in digital healthcare. As we all know, the healthcare sector is experiencing rapid technological changes and digitalization, and it's crucial for healthcare institutions and service designers to adapt and take advantage of these opportunities. The Covid-19 crisis has further highlighted the urgency of improving health system performance and embracing emerging digital solutions.
With the collaborative efforts of our esteemed partners from Finland, France, Greece, and Portugal, we are building an integrated, interdisciplinary program that will equip professionals with the necessary digital skills to thrive in the healthcare industry. This program will be designed to cater to individuals from diverse backgrounds, including Health, Social & Welfare, Business & Administration, and Information & Communication Technologies (ICT).
