TERCS is a twinning project, whose concept is to transfer the knowledge gained from the LifeChamps project and to empower the Romanian healthcare center IOCN (Oncology Institute “Prof. Dr. Ion Chiricuta”, Cluj-Napoca) with the necessary skills to effectively use Information and Communication Technology (ICT) for managing frailty in patients. Frailty is a critical healthcare concern, especially in an ageing population, and TERCS aims to enhance the healthcare centre’s ability to provide better care and support to frail individuals through ICT solutions.
